WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR FIRST GROUP TRAINING SESSION:

Convenient Facility

Ample parking on Bridge Road and Palmer Street, showers, toilets, water refill station, and massage guns, everything you need for an effective training.

Before Your Session

Arrive 10 minutes early to check in at the front desk. Our team is ready to assist with any questions about the studio or programs. Meet your Uplift Coach and secure your spot on the gym floor.

During Your Session

Your 60 minutes sessions start with activations. Each part of the program is demonstrated by our passionate coaches. Equipment might be shared in pairs during busy classes, offering great motivation and a chance to make new friends.

After Your Session

We leave 5 minutes between sessions for high-fives, equipment clean-up, and cool down. Feel free to talk to your Uplift coach about nutrition, recovery, or anything to help you reach your goals faster!
