Justin started his training journey 5 years ago with basic strength training, through this he found his passion for calisthenics and gymnastics style training. Over the past 4 years Justin has honed his skillset learning new skills like muscle ups, hands stands, planches and more allowing him to gain incredible range of motion, flexibility and strength.
Over those years he has also attained qualifications in massage therapy, nutritional science and personal training. Using his qualifications together, Justin aims to bring a holistic and multimodal approach to his coaching style.
