At Uplift Training and Performance, we are not just another group training studio, we are the bridge that connects the personalised attention of personal training with the community and motivation of group training.

Our unique approach stems from a vision to provide individuals with the best of both worlds, all while fostering a sense of community and growth.

The heart of our training methods and protocols encompasses the attentiveness, accountability, and care that you can expect of 1-on-1 personal training.

BEFORE / DURING / AFTER CLASS

BEFORE

Uplift Training and Performance offers plenty of ammenities for your comfort.

Lockers, toilets, showers, water tap, hair dryers/straighteners, massage guns and plenty of parking on Bridge Road and Palmer street.

Please arrive 10 minutes early and check in at our front desk. Our team is always ready to address any enquiries you may have regarding the gym and our programs. Connect with your Uplift Coach and secure your place on the gym floor.

DURING

Sessions run for 60 minutes.

You’ll start with a warm-up, each section of the programming will be demonstrated by one of our passionate coaches.

Equipment is shared in pairs when classes are full, it’s not only great motivation throughout the session but you’ll be sure to make some friends in between reps.

AFTER

We leave 5-10 minutes aside between all session times to give you time to high five, pack your equipment away and stretch.

Feel free to chat to your Uplift coach about nutrition, recovery, and anything else that will help you reach your goals faster!

UPLIFT

Our premium high performance 'UPLIFT' program is for those wanting RESULTS.

UPLIFT is a targeted, progressive and structured approach to strength training, that allows you to track your results and progress each week.

Our expert coaches will ensure each member is performing optimally with correct movement and technique.

Prepare to become a stronger and leaner version of yourself!

ENGINE

Our Cardio/Conditioning program ENGINE, Is a combination of short & long interval blocks as well as aerobic capacity training, to improve your endurance and stamina while maintaining your muscle and not slowing down your metabolism.

These are Hybrid workouts often mixed with cardio and resistance weight training.

SWEAT

Go out all out with the Uplift Community!

SWEAT is a combination of strength & conditioning training.

Attending 4-5 sessions per week is recommended for maximum results.
