Achieving meaningful results is not about training harder, it is about training smarter. Many people attend group classes or go to the gym regularly but still do not progress because their workouts are not personalised, their technique is not supervised, and there is no long-term plan.
Our semi-private training at Richmond, Cremorne, Hawthorn, Kew and South Yarra solves that problem. With a maximum of four clients per coach, every person follows their own tailored strength program while receiving hands-on guidance, technique correction, and structured progression. OUR STRATEGY TO TURN YOUR GOAL

We start by aligning your goals with a realistic timeline. A detailed 1-on-1 assessment helps us understand your movement patterns, posture, stability and mobility needs.



You will share your key lifestyle details with us such as your eating habits, sleep quality, average daily steps, and stress levels, so we can build a plan that fits your life.

You will learn how to improve your nutrition with practical strategies focusing on flexible eating within your calorie and macro targets, without restrictive dieting.



You will receive your own tailored strength program and begin your weekly semi-private sessions (2–4x/week) under expert supervision. Your training is done in a shared space, but your program is unique to you.

We will track your strength, form, and movement quality regularly. Your program will update every 4–8 weeks based on your performance and progress.



Once your initial goal is achieved, we celebrate and set a new target and guide you toward your next milestone.

We will teach you how to design or modify your diet. This will help you to eat clean, eat what you want but in the range of your set calories and macronutrients.


You will receive the first block of individualized program and your weekly training session (1-4 times per week) will commence. Recurring progress tracking will be done to optimize the result delivery.


Your program will change every 4 to 8 weeks (depending on performance) to apply required stimulants to your body to help you to achieve the results.


You will achieve your initial goal, we will celebrate together and set up your new goal if you are interested in replicating the results for life.

Hossein earned a bachelor's in civil engineering and a master's in environmental engineering before migrating to Australia in 2016. This pivotal move allowed him to pursue in passion, transitioning from over a decade of civil projects to the fitness industry. Since then, Hossein has invested hundreds of hours in education and upskilling, working with world-class mentors in strength and rehabilitation. This has enabled him to build a remarkable team which offers exceptional, long-lasting results to clients, changing lives by addressing injuries (e.g., lower back, shoulder, hip and knee issues) and restoring pain-free lifestyles.
