
Nanak, began his professional journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology before discovering his deeper purpose during the Covid lockdowns. Training out of a small garage gym with limited equipment, he transformed his own body, reshaping his lifestyle through discipline and self-education. That period became a defining turning point, inspiring him to pursue his Certificate III & IV in Fitness and shift his career toward helping others achieve the same level of personal change he experienced himself.
Since then, he has dedicated countless hours to refining his craft, studying biomechanics, upskilling himself, strength training, and behaviour change coaching to support the people he serves: high-performing adults, busy professionals, business owners, executives, and clients over 40. Known for his calm, structured, and highly personalised approach, he helps clients move better, lift safely, and build sustainable routines despite demanding schedules. His ability to blend technical knowledge with genuine care has made him a trusted coach who guides clients through physical limitations, mindset blocks, and lifestyle challenges.
