Originally from Iran, Hossein earned a bachelor's in civil engineering and a master's in environmental engineering before migrating to Australia in 2016. This pivotal move allowed him to pursue in passion, transitioning from over a decade of civil projects to the fitness industry. Since then, Hossein has invested hundreds of hours in education and upskilling, working with world-class mentors in strength and rehabilitation. This has enabled him to offer exceptional, long-lasting results to clients, changing lives by addressing injuries (e.g., lower back, shoulder, hip and knee issues) and restoring pain-free lifestyles. His ability to create sustainable foundations for a healthy lifestyle has earned him recognition as a successful coach, both as a personal trainer and through his group training sessions.
