Semi-private training gives you the same coaching, the same assessment, and the same studio, in a small group setting, at a lower price than 1-on-1.
Enquire About Semi-Private TrainingStarting from $130 per week.
Semi-private sessions include a maximum of 4 clients. Each client has their own personalised program and receives individual coaching attention throughout the session. This is not a shared workout or a fitness class. It is the same assessment-led, individually programmed Uplift process, delivered in a small group format.
Other studios offering semi-private or small-group training often mean less attention, less personalisation, or a program built for the group instead of the individual. Uplift's semi-private sessions use the same day-one assessment and the same individually programmed approach as 1-on-1, in the same private studio, capped at four clients so every person still gets real coaching attention.
The same comprehensive movement and strength assessment as 1-on-1.
Your own personalised training program, not a shared group program.
Individual coaching attention throughout every session.
The same private, calm studio: no crowds, no loud music.
Semi-private is for anyone who wants the full Uplift standard of coaching and assessment, at a lower price point than 1-on-1. It is a genuine option, not a compromise, for clients who do not need the highest frequency of full 1-on-1 attention to see real results.
Real results
Ibrahim, Early 40s — Architect
Ibrahim came to Australia from Saudi Arabia for a postgraduate program, with a fixed window of time and a goal he had been putting off too long: to transform his body properly, not just lose fat or gain weight arbitrarily. Training four times a week with nutrition and sleep built into the strategy from day one, he gained 9.3 kilograms in six months while correcting postural imbalances across his shoulders and hips, leaving with a level of physical capability he never had before.
Paul, 45 — Retail Manager
Paul wanted to build muscle, but he also lived with scoliosis that had shaped his posture for years. Rather than treating that as a separate problem for a physio to handle, it was built into every exercise selection from day one. Over nine months he gained 8.5 kilograms of muscle, and while the scoliosis did not disappear, its visible impact on how he stood, moved, and carried himself changed significantly.

Most people training here are around 40 plus, so it feels comfortable and relatable. Sessions are personalised, the attention to technique is excellent.
Cristobal Sierra
It is a proper result driven PT studio, but it still feels welcoming... Everyone is switched on, supportive, and pays attention to the details that actually matter.
Sara Jafarzadehpour
One of the most welcoming, supportive and community-driven environments I've come across... If you are looking to get stronger, fitter or just stay injury free, I highly recommend.
