UPLIFT 12 WEEK TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM

We achieve our results through tailored macronutrient plans, targeted training, and an understanding that each person requires individual attention. While we know there is no “quick fix” to weight loss, fat loss, developing abs, or being healthy, we believe everyone benefits from having goals to chase and achieve. This is why we absolutely love our 12-Week Challenge; it gives our members a structured routine with designated goals, challenges, tasks, and a lot of learning to build them into the BEST version of themselves. Uplift’s 12 week program is complete with 1-on-1 support, attention, motivation, encouragement, and an abundance of knowledge. You will not only transform the way you look but how you feel and how you see food. You will be guided and pushed to help you reach your full fitness potential.

Usually I am a “go to the gym and lift weights on my own” kind of guy. But thought I would give uplift a go as i had heard it was a more weights-focused version of all the HIIT classes (body fit/f45 etc). I’ve never regretted it - it’s fantastic. Reece, chels and the team are great and the classes are efficient and impactful. Highly recommend.

Right from the start Reece and the uplift team were super welcoming and keen to build a great community of members.The programming is varied and challenging for all ability levels. Uplift has also invested in a wide range of the best weight and cardio equipment.Give it a crack.

After joining a couple of gyms where I would lose motivation after a couple of weeks or months, Uplift has been the perfect gym for me. Reece, Chelsea and the team are always welcoming and happy to help. It has a genuine community feel and can safely say it is the best gym I have been a member of.

I joined Uplift after the Stage 4 restrictions and Im so glad I did! Uplift is a very welcoming Gym and the trainers are lovely, professional and very helpful! The facilities are great and its in a great location! Definitely check out the gym if you can 🙂

After searching I have found my gym! The trainers are all friendly knowledgeable and welcoming. I would class myself as intermediate in fitness but they cover all fitness levels. Would definitely recommend to anyone and am already seeing results!!! 😝💪🏽

Absolutely love Uplift and am so glad I joined. The team are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. The programming is excellent and allows for tracking so you can see how you’re progressing. The facilities are brilliant, location is great with plenty of parking. Couldn’t be happier to have found this little slice of heaven ❤️💪🏽

I Absolutely loved my time at Uplift. I was training at Uplift for around 6 weeks coming from the other side of town I enjoyed every minute I was there having such a great culture. Reece, Chelsea, Nathan and Dimitri are amazing trainers. They are highly Motivated and super engaged to you achieving your goals! Would Recommend this gym to anyone !!

Absolutely an amazing place to come and train! A place that has a huge focus on strength training with correct technique but also has a twist with high intensity/endurance training to make sure you achieve either strength or fat loss if those are your goals! Most importantly the staff and the community built there is the some of the best in the industry! Honestly could not fault anything about this place!

I've done F45, Body Fit, gyms with Les mills classes and can honestly say Uplift is by far the best training I've done. They focus on technique and progression so you get stronger, fitter with less injuries. The studio is slick and immaculate with everything you need, such a good space to train in. Reece, Chelsea and the team are all genuine good peeps and I'm happy to support a local business.They are building a great community, I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
