We align your goal with a realistic timeframe. We do a comprehensive assessment to know your body’s movement patterns, structure, weaknesses, and tightness.
You would provide us with your current state of lifestyle information such as your diet details, average daily steps, sleep quality and length etc.
We will teach you how to design or modify your diet. This will help you to eat clean, eat what you want but in the range of your set calories and macronutrients.
You will receive the first block of individualized program and your weekly training session (1-4 times per week) will commence. Recurring progress tracking will be done to optimize the result delivery.
Your program will change every 4 to 8 weeks (depending on performance) to apply required stimulants to your body to help you to achieve the results.
You will achieve your initial goal, we will celebrate together and set up your new goal if you are interested in replicating the results for life.

Hossein’s journey began in Iran, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s in environmental engineering. His move to Australia in 2016 marked a turning point, allowing him to transition from a decade in civil projects to pursuing his true passion for fitness.
Since establishing Uplift, Hossein has devoted countless hours to furthering his education and honing his skills, training under world-class mentors in strength and rehabilitation. This relentless pursuit of knowledge empowers him to deliver transformative results, addressing common injuries such as lower back, shoulder, hip and knee issues, while helping clients reclaim pain-free living.
