Uplift Training and Performance, formerly GIV Health and Fitness, has been transforming lives since 2016, thanks to the vision of Hossein.
Nestled at 507 Bridge Rd in Richmond, our state-of-the-art fitness studio is celebrated for its premium facilities and five-star service. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere where expert 1 on 1 personal trainers provide tailored guidance to help clients achieve their fitness aspirations.
Hossein’s journey began in Iran, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s in environmental engineering. His move to Australia in 2016 marked a turning point, allowing him to transition from a decade in civil projects to pursuing his true passion for fitness.
Since establishing Uplift, Hossein has invested hundreds of hours in education and upskilling, working with world-class mentors in strength and rehabilitation. This has enabled him to build a remarkable team which offers exceptional, long-lasting results to clients, changing lives by addressing injuries (e.g., lower back, shoulder, hip and knee issues) and restoring pain-free lifestyles. Their ability to create sustainable foundations for a healthy lifestyle has earned Uplift recognition as a successful team of 1 on 1 personal trainers all accessible to Kew locals.
