PEANUT BUTTER & CHOC CHIP COOKIES

INGREDIENTS

› 1 cup of Almond meal

› ½ cup of 100% Natural Peanut Butter (with all the oils)

› 4 tbs Rice Malt Syrup or Maple Syrup

› ½ cup of Prince William Sugar Free Chocolate Baking Buttons or Noshu sugar free chocolate chips (or any kind of chocolate!)

› Generous pinch of Sea Salt

METHOD

› Preheat oven to 190° and prepare a lined baking tray

› Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir well until ingredients are combined and a cookie dough forms

› Take a tablespoon of the cookie dough and roll into a ball using your hands

› Repeat to make 10 cookies

› Place each cookie about 3cm apart on the lined baking tray and using the bottom of a glass or measuring cup, flatten each cookie

› Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the edges of the cookies are golden brown – don’t over bake!

› Remove from the oven and allow them to cool.

› Store in an airtight container.
