We will teach you how to design or modify your diet. This will help you to eat clean, eat what you want but in the range of your set calories and macronutrients.

You will receive the first block of individualized program and your weekly training session (1-4 times per week) will commence. Recurring progress tracking will be done to optimize the result delivery.

Your program will change every 4 to 8 weeks (depending on performance) to apply required stimulants to your body to help you to achieve the results.

You will achieve your initial goal, we will celebrate together and set up your new goal if you are interested in replicating the results for life.
